Although initially you have entered the building using your Touch ‘n Go card, did you know that if you have insufficient balance, you may exit the parking facility using your visa, debit or credit card?
However, not all car parks allow you to do so. But it is worth the try when there’s no more options left.
To exit with your bankcard or credit card, you will first have to tap your Touch ‘n Go card on the Touch ‘N Go reader. Then, tap your visa or credit card on the visa reader.
Update: It also works the other way around. You can use your Touch ‘n Go card to exit the car park if your bankcard has insufficient balance.
Hi, i was mistakenly tap my debit card on exit, without realizing my TnG wallet was deducted.
It was happened on 31/7/2026 at 12.38pm.
