Parkroyal Collection and Pan Pacific Serviced Suites are located in two separate towers but they are under the same management. The parking rates are also the same and so is the entrance to the car park which consists of a multi-level and a basement parking facility.
The multi-level car park, however, is designated for Parkroyal Collection guests and the basement is for the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites guests. Guests are required to park the car at the respective car park and validate the car number at the front desk each time before leaving to be entitled for the special rates.
