Shaftsbury Square is a freehold integrated development that comprises three office blocks, two blocks of luxury SOHO / serviced apartments and high-end retail lots. The two blocks of SOHO / serviced apartments is known as Shaftsbury Residence and the three office towers are i-Tech Tower, MCMC Tower 1 and MCMC Tower 2. The allocation of over 3,000 covered car park bays by Shaftsbury Square are only shared among the three towers and as well as the retail lots.
